●If the item is damaged, please send us a picture of the damaged item by email within 48 hours. As soon as we can confirm the photo, we will process the re-shipment. We will bear the cost of resending.
●Please return the damaged product to us within 2 weeks by cash on delivery.
●All products are made to order, so please contact us by e-mail within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel.
●We cannot accept returns or refunds for personal reasons, so please think carefully before purchasing.
